Myles Nye is from California.

I'm going to write the rest of the "About" copy in first person. I was born in Oakland, went to UCLA's School of Theater Film and Television, and stayed in Los Angeles after I graduated in 2003. I have many interests and made this web site to give them all a shared space.

Games and puzzles are my primary vocation, and they're my avocation as well. I am the owner of a real-life game company in L.A. and I play games all the time. I've worked in television, including creating challenges for SURVIVOR and other game shows. I also have a background in theater: games and theater are two sides of the same coin to me, and I love things that get a group of people participating. I perform improv comedy, I tap dance, I officiate weddings - as you can see, there's no easy way to put all this stuff together, so you can explore my variegated disciplines and predilections and find out where we overlap. I'd love to participate in something with you.

I married my wonderful wife Laurel on New Year's Eve 2008 and our son Fenton Conrad was born 8 January 2012.
